Annette Marie Bennett, age 60, of Lebanon, Ohio, formerly of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati.
She was born September 4, 1960 in Clarksburg, West Virginia, the daughter of Jack Bennett and Carol Barnes.
She is survived by three daughters, Carol Ann Smolk (Jessica Poff) of Covington, Washington, Jackie Guysinger of Springfield, Crystal Bennett of Cleveland; six grandchildren, Stevie, Riley, Amber (Gage), Cody, Katrina and Gabrielle; one great grandson, Kayson; three sisters, Michelle (Stacey), Carolyn, Robin; several nieces and nephews; and step mother, Judy.
She is preceded in death by both parents.
Cremation will take place and there will not be a service observed.
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
