According to law enforcement officials, marshals were serving an arrest warrant at a house on Darby Lane in Frankfort, Thursday, around 7:30 a.m.
Jason W. Bennett, 40, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in court.
Records show that Bennett was indicted back in April on two felony counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Officials say, Bennett was taken into custody without incident and remains in the Ross County Jail on a $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear back in court on August 16.
