CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe teen has been reported missing by his family.

Chase D. Baker, 15, Chillicothe, was last seen Saturday evening.

Baker is described as 6’ tall, 104 lbs., with brown hair, and hazel eyes.
