ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Deputies with the Ross County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched Sunday to a fight along the 2000 block of Massieville Road.
Once there, deputies spoke with several people on the scene. Witnesses told law enforcement that there was a fight between two people, where once of them hit another with a baseball bat.
Police later found the attacker at his house, with information they had received from the area. Roy Miller was booked on charges of felonious assault. Deputies also found a large amount of cocaine and money in Miller’s house, they said.
Law enforcement said there was evidence of drug trafficking at the home and additional charges are pending.
No further details were immediately available, and the case remains under investigation.
