WILMINGTON, Ohio– The Storm Prediction Center has placed the Scioto Valley under a marginal risk for severe weather, Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service, thunderstorms are expected to develop during the afternoon and early evening hours.
Meteorologists say, storms today will be capable of high winds, and very heavy rain.
