ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Residents in parts of Ross County are sitting in the dark after a power outage hit the area.
According to South Central Power, nearly 500 residents were in the dark Tuesday afternoon. The outage was impacting parts of County Road 550 and the Anderson Station Road area.
The power company reported that emergency crews were dispatched to the area. The exact cause of the outage was not immediately released.
South Central Power estimated the restoration time to be around 3:30 p.m.
