ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — The Ross County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred Wednesday afternoon at a local trailer park.
According to initial reports, deputies responded to the area of Stone Road after a 9-1-1 caller said someone was shooting a gun from a passing vehicle.
Deputies arrived on the scene and spoke with the caller.
The resident, officials say, showed deputies surveillance footage of a dark-colored Ford Ranger traveling along Stone Road, crossing the centerline, and firing a gun from the driver’s side window.
There were no injuries in the shooting, and the incident, authorities say, remains under investigation.
