CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Two toddlers were safely returned home to their mother on Wednesday after they were found wandering around town.
It happened in Circleville at around 11:30 a.m. in the area of Ohio Street near Ohio Heights Apartments.
With the help of a neighbor police were able to locate the apartment where the children lived and found a door opened. Inside, their mother was found.
Police contacted children services, who released the toddlers back to their mother.
So far, no charges have been filed.
