VINTON COUNTY, Ohio — The Sheriff of Vinton County says he and his deputies raided a home near the county line on Tuesday and arrested a man in the process.
It happened at a house on route 671 after an investigation into stolen property and drug activity, Sheriff Ryan Cain said.
“Firearms, narcotics, drug paraphernalia, money, and stolen property were seized after a search was conducted by investigators,” the Sheriff reported.
Jimmy Murphy, 45, Londonderry, was taken into
custody without incident. He was transported to
the Monroe County Jail and charges are expected to be filed with the Vinton County Prosecutor’s Office in the near future.
