CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Two people were taken to the hospital in stable condition after reportedly overdosing inside a local business.
Employees of Domino’s in Shawnee Square in Chillicothe called 9-1-1 to report two people were passing out inside their lobby and the bathroom. It happened at around 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
Medics from Chillicothe and Scioto Township responded, along with officers from the local police department.
A woman was given NARCAN and taken to the local hospital. A man was found in the bathroom, and after being given NARCAN, was placed under arrest. He admitted to law enforcement that he took fentanyl and was later transported to the hospital.
The establishment stayed open for business during the debacle.
