ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A Ross County man will spend the next five years in prison after being convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

28-year-old Logan Collins was indicted last year after investigators say he was engaged in a sexual relationship with a teen under 16 years of age.

The Ross County Prosecutor’s Office told the Guardian that Collins received the maximum sentence afforded by law.

Upon his release from prison, he will have to register as a Tier II sex offender and will be on five years of post-release-control.
