ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — On Sunday, deputies with the Ross County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Fairgrounds off of route 104 near Chillicothe for multiple overdoses.

According to initial reports from the Sheriff’s Office, upon arrival deputies found “three individual’s in an overdosed state.”

Dispatchers shortly before 11 a.m. notified deputies that three individuals were unresponsive near one of the buildings on the fairgrounds property.

Medics upon arrival began CPR in an attempt to save their lives. Three squads were requested to transport the individuals to Adena Regional Medical Center.
