WILMINGTON, Ohio — The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Pickaway, Pike, and Ross counties until 7:45 p.m.
According to the NWS, a severe storm capable of damaging winds was moving east at 40 mph. 70+ mph wind gusts have previously been recorded with this particular storm.
Residents should remain inside a sturdy structure until the storm passes over.
