WILMINGTON, Ohio — Much of the Scioto Valley will see an unsettled weather pattern for the remainder of the work week. Rain and thunderstorms are forecasted across the area over the next few days bringing the threat of flash flooding and severe weather.
According to the National Weather Service, several rounds of showers and storms are expected through Thursday evening before eventually tapering off on Friday. Some areas close to the Ohio River could pick up over 3 inches of rain.
Residents in flood-prone areas should continue to monitor current conditions.
