The more than 200-page lawsuit claims the Trump Organization purposely committed fraud.
Former President Donald Trump took to his Truth Social platform, saying, “She is a failed A.G. whose lack of talent in the fight against crime is causing record numbers of people and companies to flee New York.”
Trump would go on to call James a “racist” and a “failure.”
The A.G.’s Office is seeking $250,000,000 in damages.
