Brown was arrested last week after an alleged altercation with a close friend.

According to the police report obtained by the Guardian, officers responded to the 400 block of South Baxter Street in reference to a fight in progress.

The other male subject, identified as Matthew Sanders, reports say, stated he is currently renovating the residence on Baxter Street and had let Orlando stay there because he is “homeless and he did not want him to go to a homeless shelter.”

Sanders told officers that Orlando “was going crazy inside the residence and came at him with a hammer and knife in a threatening manner.” Brown, according to the report, accused the victim of raping his wife. Matthew Sanders told TMZ that he was producing a film and wanted Orlando Brown to be a part of it. Sanders claims that Brown is suffering from mental health issues and will no longer be in the upcoming movie because of last week’s incident.

Orlando Brown remains in custody at the Allen County Jail, held on a $25,000 bond.
