Tammy “Tweety” Lynn Gregory, age 54, of New Martinsburg Community in Leesburg, passed away Sunday January 8, 2023, at her home.
She was born on March 19, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Thomas and Brenda (Stamper) Goodwin.
Tammy worked at Wintersong Village in Washington Court House for several years as an STNA, and she enjoyed working there alongside her daughter-in-law. She also enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and anything to do with giraffes. Tammy loved spending time with her family and her two beloved dogs, Tinker and Whiskers. Tammy will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her son, Thomas (Rachel) Goodwin; Fiancé, Wayne Pritt; a sister, Casey (Larry II) Winston; nephews, Dustin Goodwin and Larry Winston III; nieces, Carrie Winston, Linsay Winston, Hannah Estep, and Caitlyn Vaughan; grandchildren, Blake, Izzy, Olivia, Waylon, Laura, and Emma Daughtery, Brittany (Devon) Pierce, Shania Peters, Kyler Pritt, Blaize and Jasmine Pritt, Lily, Ellie, Bella Knight, and one great grandchild, Jacklynn Warner; step children, Will Pritt, Linda Daughtery, Mary Pritt, and Ray Pritt; close family friend, Bobby Elzey and many friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Karen Dischert, and Lillian “Jody” Gilson.
A Celebration of Tammy’s life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
