The clinic, officials said, will be held at the First Church of Christ, located at 20 W. Martin St. in East Palestine.

Registered nurses, mental health specialists, and a toxicologist will be available to provide medical support, and referrals will be made if needed. The clinic is part of an effort by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and several state agencies to help East Palestine recover from the derailment.

The clinic is scheduled to open for the week of Feb. 21-25 and will continue to operate from Feb. 27 to March 4.
