CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A woman was shot multiple times early Saturday morning in Circleville.
Shortly after 1 a.m. a call went into 9-1-1 that a woman was at the Rodeway Inn motel along route 23 and was having suicidal thoughts. When law enforcement arrived the woman opened a motel room door holding what was believed to be a gun. Law enforcement opened fire; the woman was shot three times.
The scene had been roped off as detectives investigate. The names of those involved have not been released. The woman’s condition was labeled as serious and she was transported to Grant Medical Center.
