PIKE COUNTY, Ohio — The family of a missing Oklahoma woman has taken to social media asking for help in finding their loved one.

Alisha Painter (also goes by Alisha Young) was last seen on February 25 walking away from a Piketon, Ohio gas station. Law enforcement officials say surveillance footage shows the vehicle pulling into the Sunoco parking lot at 1:47 a.m. on February 25, with a female matching Painter’s description exiting the vehicle at around 4:30 a.m. and walking out of view in a South/Southeast direction. She was last seen wearing a white jacket and white pants. The white coat and a pair of gloves were located in a wooded area near the gas station during a search conducted by the Christian Aid Ministries Search and Rescue Group.

Victoria Annesley, a relative of Alisha Painter, posted on Facebook looking for answers. “Please help,” Annesley said. “Anyone that follows or is friends with Alisha Young and knows anything that can help us find her please reach out to our family. Her car was found in Piketon, Ohio and we don’t know of any connection she would have in that area.”

On Wednesday, officials asked for any residents in the area of the Pike County Fairgrounds, Pike County CTC, Shyville Road, American Blvd., Big Beaver Creek Rd, Big Beaver Creek Golf Course, and Big Beaver Creek to review any surveillance footage or trail cam footage to see if Painter is spotted.

Information has been limited regarding Alisha Painter’s disappearance. Four days prior to her vehicle being found in Piketon, Painter posted a video to Facebook of a Tarot Card reading.

Police say that a search of the vehicle revealed a purse, cash, wigs, and a Straight-Talk cell phone box without the phone.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
