CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio — A 76-year-old man is lucky to be alive today after becoming trapped inside a grain bin in Clinton County.
The Guardian first reported on the rescue operation on Monday afternoon.

According to authorities, the Wilmington Fire Department responded to the 3800 block of Stone Road in Sabina after receiving reports that a man had fallen inside the grain bin and had become trapped, chest deep, in corn.
Fire crews, reports say, had to cut holes within the grain bin to stop the man from sinking further into the corn.
After several hours, the man was eventually rescued and transported to the hospital for evaluation.
