NORMAN, Oklahoma — Ohio is facing a severe weather risk this week, as forecasters from the Storm Prediction Center in Norman Oklahoma warn of possible damaging wind and tornadoes.

According to the SPC, much of the region could experience severe weather on Wednesday, with the main risk being damaging winds.

However, there is also a possibility of a few strong tornadoes, according to current model data.

Ohio, along with portions of the country, has been on a weather roller coaster ride since the start of spring, with severe storms and tornado outbreaks causing widespread damage.
