CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Medics from the Circleville Fire Department responded to a call at the Circleville Police Department shortly before 4 p.m. today after an officer found an unknown narcotic behind the building. It is unclear how the officer came across the substance or what prompted him to call for assistance.
The seriousness of the incident is unknown at this time, and it is also unclear if the officer has been affected by the narcotic. However, medics were quick to respond to the scene.
Authorities have not released any information about the nature of the substance. However, an investigation into the matter is currently underway.
