CHICAGO, Illinois — McDonald’s is introducing a new limited-time flavor to its popular McFlurry lineup, just in time for spring. The fast-food chain announced Monday that Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry® will be available at participating restaurants nationwide starting April 12, while supplies last.
The Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry® is made with McDonald’s creamy vanilla soft serve, strawberry-flavored clusters, and buttery shortbread cookies, making it the perfect addition to a spring picnic. The new flavor will be available in a regular size, and customers can add other toppings to any McFlurry® flavor for an additional cost.
McDonald’s is known for its McFlurry® desserts, which have been fan favorites for nearly 30 years, alongside popular flavors such as OREO® and M&M’S®. The Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry® is expected to be a hit with McFlurry® lovers who are looking for a new, delicious treat to enjoy.
Customers can order the new McFlurry® flavor through carry-out, at the Drive Thru, on the McDonald’s App, and through McDelivery. As with all limited-time menu items, customers are encouraged to visit their nearest participating McDonald’s restaurant and try the Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry® before it’s gone.
