CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio – The Circleville Fraternal Order of Eagles is hosting an event that is sure to bring the community together. Boogie on the Blacktop will feature four concerts throughout the summer months, showcasing some of the best local musical acts.

North to Nashville will kick off the event on May 20th, followed by Cowtown Inc on June 17th, The Courtney Jo Band on July 22nd, and Gypsy Kyngs on August 26th. The event provides not only an opportunity for great entertainment but also supports non-profits within the community through the proceeds generated.

Organizers say that Boogie on the Blacktop is put together by donations and volunteers. “The support from the community has been overwhelming, making it possible to host such a successful event,” said one organizer.

In addition to great music, Boogie on the Blacktop is accepting non-perishable food donations for local community cupboards. Attendees who donate will have a chance to win a door prize.

The cost to enter the event is only $5, and children under the age of 11 can attend for free. However, children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Food vendors will also be on-site, including Circleville Nutrition, Circleville Sunrise Rotary, Gants, LE Athletic Boosters, Kitty’s Hissin’ Chicken, Taesty’s, and Tait Bakes.
