CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Rescue crews were dispatched to the area of Pam Lane and Cooks Hill Road this morning on reports of a motorcycle crash.
According to first responders, the rider suffered a possible broken leg in the crash. He was found laying alongside the roadway when authorities arrived on the scene.
