ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A three-vehicle crash remains under investigation, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon when a 2012 Nissan 370Z, driven by 42-year-old Justin McDonald of Chillicothe went left of center, striking a 200 Jeep Wrangler driven by a teenager. A 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser, driven by Angela Davis, 53, of Laureville was also struck by debris during the crash.
McDonald, the patrol said, had to be cut from the vehicle. He was transported by medical helicopter to Saint Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia for serious injuries. The juvenile was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center also for serious injuries. Davis was uninjured in the collision.
Route 180 was closed for nearly 2 hours following the crash.
