ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A search warrant executed by the U.S. 23 Major Crimes Task Force on Tuesday morning resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine, crack cocaine, prescription drugs, cash, weapons, and stolen property.

The warrant was executed at a residence on Liberty Hill Road in Chillicothe, Ohio. Timothy Depugh, 55, was arrested at the scene and charged with weapons under disability. He faces numerous other felony charges pending the completion of the investigation.

Investigators say the search warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation by the task force. Authorities said they believe Depugh was selling drugs from the residence.
In addition to the drugs and weapons, investigators also seized a large amount of cash and stolen property, including electronics, tools, and jewelry.

The task force is composed of members of the FBI, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, and the Chillicothe Police Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
