CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Medics were called to a bicyclist hit on Tuesday afternoon in Ross County.

The scene caused a backup on route 104 near High Street

It happened along route 104 near the route 35 overpass, at the on-ramp to the westbound lanes.

The bicyclists were participating in a riding event when they were hit by a car.

Medics responded to the area with troopers, who started an investigation.

No serious injuries were reported, but traffic was impacted as a result of the emergency vehicles in the area.
