CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A deputy with the Ross County Sheriff’s Office was not injured when he was hit Friday night while on patrol.
It happened at around 7 p.m. on Blain Highway at Route 23. Deputy Isaac Oberer was stopped at a stop sign when a car traveling in the area swerved to “miss another car” and t-boned the cruiser, troopers reported.
Troopers said no one was injured, but the vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
