CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Tabernacle Baptist Church is excited to announce an upcoming interactive Christmas experience that is open to all members of the community.
Entitled “Marketplace: Journey to the King,” this immersive event is scheduled to take place on the evenings of December 13, 14, and 15, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Participants will engage in a walking tour, with groups departing at regular intervals to ensure maximum participation each night. Importantly, this experience is entirely free of charge and accessible to the public.
Attendees can look forward to being transported back in time to a bustling marketplace in ancient Bethlehem. They will be enveloped by the sights, sounds, and scents of this historic setting, encountering friendly villagers, enjoying live performances, and perusing artisan stalls that offer craft reproductions and delectable treats typical of the era. This unique Christmas adventure aims to capture the miracle of God becoming man in the authentic spirit of the period. The event will also provide space for prayer and counseling.
