CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Disguised people, costumed pets, bumping music, buckets of candy, face painting, gourd games and Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center (PRCTC) made the perfect fall, family evening. The students and staff from PRCTC hosted the annual Trunk-or-Treat for the community on Tuesday, October 24.
Josh Hines, PRCTC Adult Education Electric Program Teacher, commented that last year they estimated treating 300 trick-or-treaters, and this year 600. The parking lot was full during the hour and a half event.
