CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Kroger Columbus Division is set to celebrate two newly remodeled Chillicothe stores next week.
First, the Chillicothe store at 1165 Western Avenue will officially unveil its $1.75 million renovation on Friday, November 10 after nearly six months of improvements. Later that same day, the second Chillicothe store, located at 348 North Bridge Street, will officially unveil its nearly $1.7 million renovation after five months of improvements. At both stores, shoppers may explore the store’s updates, register to win one of eight $100 Kroger gift cards, sample food, and take advantage of Grand Re-Opening specials.
To further celebrate the two grand re-openings, customers who use their Kroger Plus card at the Western Avenue or North Bridge Street Kroger Fuel Centers between November 10 and November 12 will reap an extra 20 cents per gallon savings.
“Our renovations were designed with the customer in mind, and after nearly six months, we are thrilled to share the results with the Chillicothe community during our Grand Re-Opening celebration,” said Randall Wellinghoff, Western Avenue Chillicothe Kroger store leader. “We appreciate our customers’ patience during this process and thank the Chillicothe community for their continued support during our store’s renovations,” shared Nick Hinty, North Bridge Street Chillicothe Kroger store leader.
The newly remodeled 48,727-square-foot Western Avenue Chillicothe store now features updated décor and flooring, new Murray’s Cheese cases, new Artisan Bread and Beer cases, new Dairy islands, and more. Store hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, with pharmacy hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
The newly remodeled 65,026-square-foot North Bridge Street Chillicothe store now features a new Customer Service area, new Floral area, new Produce tables, and more. Store hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, with pharmacy hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
