JACKSON, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is actively investigating a single-vehicle injury crash that unfolded on route 35 near milepost 36 in Jefferson Township.
James Ramey, 43, Waverly, lost control of his 2016 Dodge Ram while attempting to make a left turn onto Elam Road, resulting in the vehicle overturning.
Ramey sustained minor injuries and was promptly transported by EMS to Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. A passenger in the vehicle, 30-year-old Emily Baxter, Chillicothe, also suffered minor injuries and was transported to the same medical center.
