PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — A man in southern Ohio has been arrested for murder.

According to Sheriff Thoroughman, his 911 communication center received a distressing call from a female who reported discovering her daughter deceased, covered in blood, at a friend’s residence. Instructed by the 911 communication officer, the caller promptly went outside for her safety.
