CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — An apartment fire in Chillicothe at a rehab center closed a busy street on Monday.
It happened at First Capital Recovery on East Main Street at around 2 p.m.
Firefighters were called to an apartment on the third floor in the building, which had contents on fire.
The fire department had to rollout a fire hose and connect it to a fire hydrant to extinguish the blaze.
The building houses an addiction-rehab counseling center and apartments for many of those enrolled in the program.
