CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A man was arrested after police responded to a local gas station regarding indecent exposure. According to the Chillicothe Police Department, officers arrived at the Speedway gas station on North Bridge Street, where they found a running white vehicle with a male, later identified as Michael Adams, in the driver’s seat.
Adams initially denied exposing himself, but officers discovered he had an active warrant from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Upon exiting the vehicle, Adams’s private parts were exposed, and his jeans were unzipped.
Officers arrested Adams and also found a gold vile in his right hand, which he attempted to toss. According to the police report, Adams confessed that the vile contained methamphetamine.
Michael Adams was transported to the Ross County Jail, where he remains in custody. The gold vile was seized as evidence, and officials mentioned that additional charges may be pending after testing.
