CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Police in Circleville are investigating a reported shooting in the city.
Police received reports shortly after 5:00 pm regarding a subject who had fired a gun in the area.
Officials say it happened along South Pickaway Street.
Multiple officers responded to the scene. The name of the suspect or the events leading up to the incident have yet to be released by law enforcement officials.
Witnesses told officers that at least 5 shots were fired in what they called a “drive-by.”
