CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Police in Circleville have released new information on the reported shooting Thursday evening. Around 9:30 pm, the Circleville Police Department Communications Center was inundated with a flurry of 911 calls reporting a shooting incident in the 900 block of South Pickaway Street.
Witnesses at the scene reported hearing several gunshots in the area.
Following interviews with those who were present during the shooting, police were able to identify the suspects.
Several individuals were arrested in connection with the incident.
Officials say search warrants were executed on the suspects’ residences. Authorities seized a total of six weapons, featuring assorted calibers of ammunition, and a significant quantity of marijuana and THC cartridges during the operation.

The following individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Pickaway County Jail:
- Enrique Hernandez, 19, of Columbus: Charged with Felony 3 Tampering with Evidence, Misdemeanor 1 Discharge of a Firearm on or near prohibited premises, Misdemeanor 1 Inducing Panic, Misdemeanor 1 Aggravated Menacing x2.
- Levi Karshner, 21, of Ashville: Charged with Felony 2 Felonious Assault, Felony 3 Discharge of a Firearm on or near prohibited premises, Felony 4 Improper Handling of a Firearm.
- Kinza Malik, 21, of Circleville: Charged with Felony 3 Tampering with Evidence and Misdemeanor 1 Obstruction of Official Business.
- Logan Ritchhart, 29, of Chillicothe: Charged with Felony 3 Weapons Under Disability.
- Christian Spearman, 26, of Circleville: Charged with Felony 5 Carrying Concealed Weapons, Misdemeanor 1 Complicity in the Discharge of a Firearm on or near prohibited premises, Misdemeanor 2 Obstructing Official Business, Misdemeanor 4 Failure to Disclose Personal Information.

The investigation remains ongoing, and law enforcement anticipates further criminal charges as the case develops.
