Assisting Individuals:
- Deputies conducted a well-being check on a woman walking in Pomeroy and safely transported her home.
- A report of missing firearms was investigated in Coolville.
- Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call in Racine, which was later cancelled by the reporting party.
Traffic Enforcement and Domestic Violence Response:
- A driver received a warning for speeding near Racine.
- Michael Freeman was arrested on domestic violence charges following an incident in Pomeroy. The victim’s statement was documented, and Mr. Freeman was transported to the Gallia County Jail.
Suspicious Activity and Community Resolution:
- Deputies searched for a suspicious person in Racine but found no one matching the description.
- A dispute on SR 684 in Pomeroy was resolved peacefully after deputies intervened and the individual agreed to leave the residence.
