CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Ross County Land Reutilization Corporation (RCLRC) is seeking bids for the revitalization of the former Tiffin Elementary School site located at 145 S. Bridge Street.
Project Scope:
- Demolition of the existing building structure, including concrete slabs, foundations, and basements.
- Filling and compacting excavated areas.
- Site restoration, grading, and seeding.
- Removal of minor above-ground structures.
- Installation of sidewalks.
Project Timeline:
- Site walkthrough: March 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM (for interested bidders)
- Bid submission deadline: March 11, 2024, by 5:00 PM EST
- Contractor selection: March 14, 2024
- Notice to proceed: March 18, 2024
- Project completion: April 19, 2024
