CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A man previously serving a 10-year sentence for complicity to involuntary manslaughter and complicity to aggravated robbery finds himself in legal trouble once again, as a grand jury in Ross County indicted Billy J. Johnson Jr.
On March 1, Johnson was indicted on one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, and possession of cocaine.
After being paroled to the Chillicothe Office with 5 years of supervision, Johnson faces allegations that in November 2023, he was found in possession of a significant amount of methamphetamine and a smaller quantity of cocaine.
Currently incarcerated at the Lorain Correctional Institution in Grafton, Johnson awaits further legal proceedings.
