According to investigators, the robbery occured in the area of Cove Road. Deputies arrived on the scene and spoke with the teen and their parents about the incident. The victim, 16-years-old, said he was riding his buggy down the roadway when a black truck with tinted windows pulled alongside him and brandished a gun.
The suspect demanded money from the teen and then fled the area after taking the juvenile’s wallet.
The suspect is described as a white male, wearing a ski mask, driving a black (possible Dodge Ram) pickup truck.
