CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Chillicothe man will be heading to prison after pleading guilty to child porn charges.
Kenneth Moss, Jr. was indicted in October 2023 on six felony counts related to child pornography.
According to court records, Moss was charged with pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. The allegations stem from an incident that occurred between March 7, 2023, and March 10, 2023, in the area of 300 N. Plaza Blvd.
During this period, Moss reportedly created, recorded, photographed, filmed, developed, produced, or published a video recording that depicted a minor, identified as Α.Ε., engaging in sexual activity.
Subsequently, Moss pled guilty after reaching a deal with the Ross County Prosecutor’s Office.
The recommended sentence for Moss is four to six years in prison.
