PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio — A serious accident occurred Friday night in Pickaway County injuring several and requiring three medical helicopters.
The crash occurred at Ashville Pike and Route 762 at around 8:15 p.m.
First responders said at least two vehicles collided, with one person becoming trapped underneath one of the cars as it rolled onto its top. Another victim was reportedly cut from the wreckage using the Jaws of Life.
Three medical helicopters were called to the scene to airlift those who were injured.
The events leading up to the crash were not immediately released.
