CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Multiple individuals are slated to appear in court today in Ross County, for arraignment on various charges.
The accused include:
- Olivia L. Barker: Charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence (OMVI) and one count of failure to comply with a police order.
- Isaiah Jones: Charged with one count of having a weapon under disability.
- Jason L. Lytle: Currently held on a $1 million bond, will face arraignment on new charges of two counts of felony domestic violence and three counts of obstruction of justice.
- Roger E. Oney: Charged with two counts of felony theft.
- Jermaine L.E. Tate: Charged with one count of forgery.
- Daniel S. Huggins Charged with one count of possession of a deadly weapon in a detention facility. Huggins is currently serving a sentence for aggravated robbery and felonious assault at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution.
