PIKE COUNTY, Ohio — A man has been killed following a forklift accident in Pike County.
According to initial reports, rescue crews were dispatched to the 5700 block of Lapparell Road at the Pike/Ross County line.
Dispatchers said a man had been pinned between a forklift and a commercial vehicle.
Multiple rescue crews both from Ross and Pike County were requested to the scene. A medical helicopter was initially requested. Just before 12 PM this afternoon, rescue crews confirmed that the individual had succumbed to their injuries.
