VINTON COUNTY, Ohio — An 18-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Friday afternoon in Vinton County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that Mason White, of New Plymouth, was traveling east on Route 56 around 4:33 PM when he failed to negotiate a curve. White’s 2022 CFMOTO 300SS motorcycle veered off the right side of the road, hitting a mailbox and a ditch before overturning multiple times.
White was pronounced dead at the scene by responding troopers from the Jackson Patrol Post.
