ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Law enforcement officials in Ross County have been called to a residence in the area of 3188 Harris Station Road following reports of a male that fled from deputies. The situation escalated as the man was observed running uphill into a wooded area, wearing a blue shirt. Ross County deputies are currently in pursuit, and a perimeter is being established around the area.
Authorities have indicated concerns that the individual may be armed. In response to the developing situation, an aviation unit from the Ohio Highway Patrol has been requested to the scene to assist in the search and monitoring efforts.
