A CAUDILL was arrested for obstructing official business and taken to the Ross County Jail.

She stated she was texting her husband about picking up a pizza. She was cited, released, and advised of her court date of 7/29/2024 at 9am. Nothing further.

While at the residence we made contact with Kirk Evans, who after running through LEADS, discovered he had two active warrants (CRB2400471ABC and CRB2400357AB) through Ross County SO. I also had contact with Ricky Daggett who also had an active arrest warrant (CRB2401189) through Ross County SO. Both parties were placed under arrest and transported to the RCJ without incident.
